Carlos Kfoury is a Lebanese security entrepreneur, military strategist, and institutional builder whose career spans three sectors most professionals never connect. At sixteen, he completed advanced counter-terrorism training with SAGEM France — explosive device detection, technical surveillance countermeasures, and RF spectrum analysis. At twenty-two he assumed full command, as GM/CEO, of CIS Security, the security institution founded by his father Milad Kfoury in 1990, steering it through the 2012 Samaha counter-terrorism case, Lebanon's 2019 economic collapse, and the August 4, 2020 Beirut Port explosion — from which he founded RAGE X, transforming personal trauma into a global military intelligence platform.

Today Carlos operates three active companies. CIS Security — ISO 9001:2015 certified, with 50+ guards on active duty and 2,000+ trained since 1990 — protects dozens of client sites across all nine Lebanese governorates. RAGE X Corp is a ten-division intelligence and technology ecosystem with 322,000+ organic followers and roughly twenty million monthly views. C.I.S. Services s.a.r.l., registered in Beirut since 2012 and directed by him alone, is building Cedar Connect — a pre-launch platform to digitize access to Lebanese government services through the Mukhtar institution, pursuing formal government recognition as it proves itself.

Carlos is recognized as one of the Middle East's foremost authorities on loitering munitions and counter-drone architecture — author of the Shield Curtain Doctrine, the first formalized district-level urban drone-defense doctrine — and creator of the CIS Lebanon Security Index™, Lebanon's first daily security intelligence system. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French, and is based in Beirut.
