CIS HR
Bilingual recruitment for a field workforce.
What It Is
Hiring guards is a volume problem with a language problem attached. Candidates are Arabic-first; the administrative layer is often English or French; and paper applications do not scale past a certain number of sites.
CIS HR is a public recruitment portal where candidates apply in Arabic or English, and an administrative back-office where those applications are reviewed. It is deliberately narrow: careers landing, application, candidate administration.
Its shape generalises. The same product works for any employer hiring a distributed field workforce in a bilingual market, which is why it exists as a product rather than a page on a corporate site.
What It Does
Apply in Arabic or English
The candidate picks the language. The form does not assume a working language the applicant does not have.
Careers landing page
Open roles presented publicly, so recruitment is a destination rather than a phone number passed around.
Candidate administration
A back-office for reviewing, sorting and progressing applications instead of a shared inbox.
Built for field-workforce volume
Designed around the reality of hiring guards across nine governorates, not around office recruitment.
